Each year in September a school directory is published containing names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses of the entire school community.
A new state of the art telephone system has been installed school wide. This will facilitate communication between parents and teachers as it will now be possible to leave voicemail messages directly with the teachers.
Parent-Teacher conferences are scheduled at the end of the first and third quarter. Parents are notified of dates and times approximately a week prior to the scheduled date. Report cards are issued at the end of each academic quarter. Parents are encouraged to keep in regular contact with their teachers regarding student progress.
