ALEXANDER VALLEY AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM
The Afterschool Program is available daily for 1st to 6th grades until 5.30 pm Monday - Friday. A nutritious snack will be provided after 3:45 on regular days.

Students who have qualified for free or reduced lunch are eligible for a discount with the Superintendent’s approval.
The program ends promptly at 5:30 each day. Penalty for pickup after 5:30 is $1.00 per minute per child.
Students still on campus after the expected pick up time will be sent to the Afterschool Program. On regular school days, students are expected to be picked up by 3:15. On minimum days, students are expected to be picked up by 12:15.
In our effort to provide better service to parents and children, we are streamlining our billing of the Afterschool Program. Parents are strongly encouraged to prepay for use of the program. Alternativley payment may be made on the day of service when your child is picked up. Non-payment will result in a loss of service for your family. Call the school office if you have any questions or need to make special arrangements.

Targeted Assistance
The Homework Help program assists students that are struggling with homework or need extra assistance to complete their daily work. The program is free to referred students and runs Monday - Thursday. For more information, please contact Ms. Rochman at Alexander Valley School.
